Skills/Expertise:
- Very good exposure to Bluetooth technology which includes lower layer drivers, protocol stack, & the different profiles development
- Exposure to developing different profiles like A2DP, AVRCP, PBAP, SAP, HS/HF, BIP, BPP, etc. would be an added advantage
- Exposure to firmware (ARM7/ARM9) & device drivers development for mobile handsets
- Good hardware debugging skills using different JTAG debuggers
- Very good in C programming for RTOS based embedded platforms.
- Candidate must have participated in all the phases of SW development cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good understanding of Software Engineering and Design methodologies
- The candidate must be confident, self-sufficient, learn quickly, and have strong problem solving skills.
- Should be able to mentor a small team of engineers technically
- Experience with Clearcase is a plus.
- BE/BTech or Masters in Engineering in Computer Science/Electronics academic records from good institutes, preferably RECs (the name of the college/Institute, year of passing and Branch/specialization in BE/ME should be mentioned in the resume.)
- 5 – 9 yrs experience in development of Bluetooth software for Mobile Terminals/PDAs on different platforms such as Symbian/Series60/WinCE/PocketPC/Smartphone/ Nucleus/ any proprietary platforms.
