Job Summary:

This position is part of the Professional Services Delivery function within the Unified Services Delivery organization. Responsible for Project Managing Software Solutions based on Sun Software offerings. The role demands developing overall understanding of Customer's requirements, Sun's SOW, working closely with Partners and profitably meeting the Project Objectives.

Job Description:

• Works Closely with Sales and Engagement Manager to finalize the Scope of Work
• Assess Customer needs and expectations
• Define Project objectives and develop Project Plan
• Identification & Management of Project resources (Internal & Partner)
• Management of Project on time and on margin by following the Sun’s AIM Project Management methodology
• Management of Project issues and risks
• Management of Communication with Project stakeholders

Desired Profile:

• Should possess 6+ years of experience in Software development
• Should 4+ years of experience of managing project on MS and Java Technologies
• Should have working knowledge of Sun Software offerings - Messaging, Portal, Identity Management and SOA.
• Knowledge of Messaging, Portal, Identity Management and SOA solutions offered by competition
• Should have strong process oriented approach
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should have excellent people management skills PMP/Prince 2 Certification preferred

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MBA
